Social good app/website, Mock Project
Project Overview
VoteUp is an app and website designed for a social good, by using this app/website users can register themselves before voting so that they should not wait in those long lines at the time of voting. User has to provide his/her details such as mobile number, voting card number, name and age.
My role and duration
My role in this project was to research about the user to making the final designs and prototype. The duration of this project was around 6 weeks.
The Problem
Users were facing problem at the the time of votingbecause the place used to get so crowded. Other than that they also had to stand for long time in the voting queues.
Goals
- Whenever the user lands on the home page he/she
should be completing the registration, in a very
seamless way.
- Accessible Login and Sign Up page.
- Details should be sent on email and phone number.
Design Process
Before starting the project I asked myself a few question:
Who are the set of user I am designing for?
Why would they use this site? What are their goals?
After interviewing some set of participants I came to know
that, the user’s want an app or website which they can trust and
allow them to register for voting.
