E-commerce app/website, Mock Project
Project Overview
Premium Case Store is a mobile and desktop website which provides a wide and premium range of phone cases. Many a times the users in the age group of 16 - 50 wants a platform from where they can buy some phone cases, so I have made this project accordingly.
My role and duration
My role in this project was to research about the user to making the final designs and prototype. The duration of this project was around 2.5 weeks.
The Problem
Users are frustrated because they wanted an app which has an easy user flow.
Goals
- Create an easy user flow for the user.
- Explore new cases’ from the home page.
- Accessible Login and Sign Up page.
- Orders details and live order tracking.
Design Process
Before starting the project I asked myself a few question:
Who are the set of user I am designing for?
Why would they use this site? What are their goals?
After interviewing some set of participants I came to know
that, the goals of 3 out of 4 users were same. They wanted
a platform which will allow them to buy phone cases according
to their budget and need.
