Project Overview
PizzaBay is a pizza ordering website which allows users to order pizza and get delivery on their doorsteps.
There are many other sites to order pizza, but all the users who loves pizzaBay’s can order from this site.
My role and duration
My role and duration
My role in this project was to research about the user to making the final designs and prototype. The duration of this project was around 4 weeks.
The Problem
Users are frustrated because they do not feel it easy to use.
Goals
- Create an easy user flow for the user.
- Explore new pizza’s from the home page.
- Accessible Login and Sign Up page.
- Live status of the orders.
Design Process
Before starting the project I asked myself a few question: Who are the set of user I am designing for? Why would they use this site? What are their goals? After interviewing some set of participants I came to know that, the goals of 3 out of 4 users were same. They wanted a site which will allow them t order as fast as they could.
